Our Story
In 2019, Empirean was founded in South Korea with a clear mission: to transform the corporate housing landscape by offering business travelers a home-like experience during their stay. From the very beginning, we focused on providing comfortable, flexible, and well-designed spaces that catered to the unique needs of professionals on the move.

As we grew in South Korea, it became clear that the demand for high-quality, adaptable corporate housing extended far beyond our borders. In 2021, we took the next step in our journey by launching Empirean’s USA division. Expanding our operations to multiple states, we continued our commitment to delivering a seamless blend of comfort and convenience for business travelers across the United States.

Our cleaning staff is hired directly, not outsourced to third-party companies. Many landlords are in shock after a 2 year long tenant moves out and they see the condition of the property. Your property will be cleaned by our rigorously-trained cleaning staff almost daily, making sure the property is always in A+ condition for our guests.
Multiple Units? No Problem
We sign multi-year long leases for 5-10 units at once which saves you the cost & time of finding a different tenant for each unit and collecting payment from multiple different people. If you're looking to sell your apartment/multi-family and have vacant units give us a call and we will fill them that way you can get a higher cap rate on your sale.
